Try before you buy

We offer a free 14-day trial of our Desktop software on Mac and Windows, and would encourage you to use this evaluation period to decide whether Aeon Timeline is the right software for your needs before purchasing.

FastSpring Purchases

Purchases of Aeon Timeline made via our website, or directly within our Windows and Mac applications downloaded from our website, will be processed by FastSpring.

For purchases via FastSpring, we offer a 30 day refund policy as outlined below.

Software Issues

If you experience an issue with your software, please contact us as we may be able to resolve the issue for you. If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will issue you with a full refund of the price paid at the time of purchase.

Change of Mind

Although we encourage you to use the 14-day trial period to determine whether the software is right for you, refunds are also available for change-of-mind within 30 days of the purchase period.

For change of mind refunds, we reserve the right to retain a 7% transaction fee to cover fees incurred by us that we cannot recouperate.

Missing Coupon, Discounts, etc.

If you intended to use a coupon or discount when purchasing the software but mistakenly paid full price, please contact us and we will refund the difference between the price paid and the discount amount.

This is only valid if the applicable discount was available at the time of purchase, and you can provide proof of your eligibility for such a discount.

Apple App Store Purchases

Purchases made via Apple's App Store, either directly or using an in-app purchase from within a copy of our Mac or iOS application downloaded from the App Store, then the payment will be processed by Apple.

All refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple and Apple's refund policy will apply, and you will need to contact Apple directly.

Although we would prefer to support our customers directly in this regard, unfortunately, Apple does not provide us with any access to customer sales records or provide any means by which we can process or request refunds on our customers behalf.

Third Party or Reseller Purchases

From time to time we may participate in promotions that involve selling Aeon Timeline licenses via third party resellers.

If you purchase a license to our application via a third party other than FastSpring, you will need to contact that third party directly in order to request a refund, and their refund policy will apply.
